Interview EDGE® was established in the San Francisco Bay Area as an early pioneer in behavioral interviewing training. Our company was founded in 1982 by Jim Kennedy, author of one of the first books written for managers on how to make the right hiring decision – Getting Behind the Resume: Interviewing Today's Candidates.
