Our no-bake sand foundry produces a broad range of sand and centrifugal castings for myriad industrial applications. At Quaker City Castings, we understand the importance of quality and consistency—the success of your project depends upon it. Our laboratory equipment, testing facility and employee knowledge undergo constant improvement, allowing us to produce steel, iron, and nickel-base castings for use in the most critical, highly-demanding and high-performance environments. Not every application requires castings produced by the same method, or of the same material. Quaker City Castings creates a variety of castings, catering to the diverse needs of our customers. Our sand-casting process allows us to produce small batches, using most types of metal, at low cost and with short lead times. If you require fine-grained cylindrical tubes, we can provide them—in outer diameters of up to 13”! Our centrifugal casting process—which centrifugally spins molten metal, including ductile and gray iron, standard, carbon, stainless and heat-resistant steel, and super-alloys—allows us to create bushings, bearings, lapping pots, cylinder liners, and more.
