Revitalise...respite care and holiday breaks for people with disabilities and carers

Revitalise is a national charity providing respite breaks for people with physical disabilities and carers. Revitalise’s accessible centres provide 24-hour care on-call and personal support in a relaxed, holiday environment. The centres’ experienced staff can cater for over 150 different disabilities and, in addition to specialist nursing care, each guest is accompanied by a volunteer who provides companionship and support. Revitalise also run breaks especially for guest with Alzheimer's.
